HOB X11Gate is an optional add-on component to the secure remote access solution HOB RD VPN, and has been designed to enable SSL-secured, Web-based access to X-Applications running on Linux/Unix. It increases the range of applications available to remote workers by allowing a single client device to access X applications deployed on multiple Unix/Linux platforms through a unified, browser-based interface.

Used in conjunction with HOB RD VPN – the ultimate secure remote access solution for enterprise applications (for example, Windows apps.,  IBM mainframe apps., etc.) – HOB X11Gate provides you with secure remote access to X-applications over the Web via a standard Web browser, providing you with secure remote access to the widest possible range of applications. HOB RD VPN, with HOB X11Gate, is designed to provide universal secure remote access for large corporations with heterogeneous client and server architectures.
