Other German Companies Cut Jobs, HOB is Hiring.

Cadolzburg, 7 July 2006: The success of the enterprise solution HOB RD VPN, introduced to the market by the German connectivity and security software company HOB almost two years ago, has brought with it not only revenue, but also the need for more software developers.  Klaus Brandstätter, CEO and Head of Development, declared that three college graduates are to be recruited for the development department by the end of the year. Also this year, HOB will offer four openings for computer science trainees. The HOB development team will be further supplemented by the arrival in company headquarters of seven selected, highly qualified trainees from Malta, where HOB also maintains a team of 15 employees.

Mr. Brandstätter is pleased with these latest developments, especially about the market reaction to HOB RD VPN. He remarks: "We are well satisfied with the turnover that HOB RD VPN has been generating. With this investment we want, of course, on the one hand to secure our market position and, on the other hand, launch new development projects."

HOB employs about 40 software developers at the German and Maltese locations, and is also present in the USA, Mexico, France, Benelux States and Austria.
