HOBLink X11,
PC-UNIX-Connectivity now available under OS/2
HOBLink X11 for OS/2 beta
HOB announces a new connectivity product HOBLink X11 for OS/2.
This new program offers a powerful X Server running under the
IBM PC operating system.
HOBLink X11 contains:
- X Server for X11R5
- Telnet program
- User surfaces for FTP and TFTP
- LPR for remote printing
- Interactive configuration programs
Using HOBLink X11 remote clients can be started over XDMCP, Telnet,
REXEC or RSH. Many national keyboards are supported by using one
of the contained keyboard drivers. Name server support, virtual
screen (as large as 2048x2048 pixel) and DIVE support are some
of the features of HOBLink X11.
